The film tells the story of the life of a young Sikh girl, who during the 1984 massacre of Sikhs in Delhi- witnesses the rape of her elder sister and brutal murders of her father, mother and brother. Raised by her grandparents but always being haunted by her tragic past, one day she decides to shift to Delhi to seek out the four men who murdered her family; whose satanic faces are still afresh in her memory. After many difficulties, she at last successfuly finds all four perpetrators; who unjustly, are well settled and living happy lives in Delhi. What happens next, is a tale of revenge and justice...

"Kaun Karey Insaaf" is not just a sad tale of a girl, but it is a tragic tale of thousands of innocent Sikh's who were butchered because they had a distinct identity, that they were Sikhs. It is a tearful tale of injustce; when the justice system itself stood in line with the criminals and political corrupts, when courts had become mute spectatotrs of the genocide of countless innocents, when the law and order became a slave of the political hoodlums. This movie also raises a great question that when the system of justice collapses and all hopes of an individual to seek justice are dashed to the ground in such grave circumstances what is the other alternative, this movie unfolds this enigma.

"Kaun Karey Insaaf" is directed by the well known former Jalandhar T.V. producer Baljit Singh ( Sandli Paidan) who created a unique milestone in the production of programs based on the cultural traditions of Punjab. The cast brings together a talanted ensemble of well known theatre artists; Varsha Chaudhary, Lakhwinder Lakhha, Dr Lakhha Lehri, Aneeta Shabdish, Barinder Kaur, Manjit Singh, Pankaj Mattoo, Girish Kumar, Alisha Deen, Navdeep Kaler, Raj Dhaliwal, Gurinder Makna, Balkar Singh, Veerpal Kaur, Roopinder Roopi, Ravi Bhushan and Daljeet Singh. The film's soundtrack is set to be a huge success in it's own right, with Prince Sukhdev as the Music Director and vocalist, calling on the talents of Sreya Goshal, Ritu Pathak, Richa Sharma and Harshdeep Kaur to render their melodious voices to the sonndtrack.
